I'm musing about Kate this weekend. She did it. Miss Moss is married. And I am sure the wedding was as beautiful as her and her iconic style. Can't wait to see more of her Galliono gown from the nuptials.

Waiting Line

I don't believe in waiting in line. Nothing in life could be that good that a line is worth it. No food, no club, no movie, no concert, no autograph. But Chanel's 2012 Resort boot wear collection -- that's a different story and a waiting line in which, I'll wait.

Forget You

Just as I was easing into my summer groove and loading up on all new duds for the next three months, Burberry has to drop their Fall 2011 collection on me. I am speechless, which we all know is rare. Forget you summer, the funds are being reallocated to Fall. STAT.

Long Live McQueen

Well done Sarah Burton. Well done house of McQueen. If I was marrying the next King, I'd wear you everyday of the week and my wedding day too. The Duchess of Cambridge looked regal and royal. Her gown -- refined with edge, simple with statement, current yet appropriate, and a beautiful tribute to Alexander McQueen runway taken to Westminster Abby.

Happy Easter Bunny

Eggs are dyed, baskets are by the door, and the Easter bunny's on his way. More importantly, ahemm, what's in your closet for tomorrow's big hunt? Hopefully something colorful, festive and fabulous like my two favorite looks from Peter Som's Spring 2011 Ready to Wear collection. Happy Easter Bunny!

Transcended State

Flying back from the West Coast, listening to Adele's Turning Tables and watching Chanel's Paris Fall 2011 fashion show. I love the darkness, shadows, hard edges and goth inspired production. And yet, there is totally something ethereal about it at the same time that has me caught in a transcended state. I'll never stop loving you KL.

Thin Mint

I didn't partake in the Girl Scout cookie thing this Spring. However, I'm wondering if I shouldn't indulge with this whole DVF thin mint moment. Ignore the frock as I'm definitely not so sure about all that crazy business (though the make up is to die for, love the pink lips). But let's assess the shoes. Whether in mint, or the other colors, I think Mrs. Diane might be on to something. I've loved my Guardian booties from her Fall collection, so may just try these heels out when the weather warms up again.

Take That Mother Nature

Today I found myself taking a walk in 35 degree temperature, a wintry mix and my Mackage Chloe coat. Just one problem -- it's March 27th, daffodils are blooming, clocks are set forward and my coat was packed up until next year. Well I wasn't too annoyed, I love this fur puffy and was more than happy to dig it out and dawn it for another day or two. So take that mother nature!

Purchasing Potential

I've never been much of a Nanette Lepore fan. Actually, I haven't been a fan at all and have never owned a piece of her clothing. I've found it too off the rack. But today my mind was opened and enlightened to the possibilities. After a business lunch in Maryland, some lovely numbers in the Lepore boutique window caught my eye. These three looks are some of my favs -- and dare I say, may qualify for purchasing potential. Plus some cutie bubble shorts I spied. Cu-tie.
